About Randolph Technical Center
Mission
The mission of the Randolph Technical Center (RTC) is to provide students the opportunity to become productive and responsible citizens with quality, marketable skills and technological knowledge to pursue their occupational goals. Each student will be encouraged to develop a respect for the dignity of work and the need for continuing education.
A Proud History of Career & Technical Education
Randolph Technical Center first opened its doors during the 1976–77 school year. Originally known as the Randolph Vocational Technical Center, the school embraced a new name—Randolph Technical Center—beginning with the 2005–2006 school year.
For nearly five decades, RTC has been a vital part of the educational landscape in Randolph County. Thousands of students have received hands-on training, developed leadership skills, and gone on to lead successful, fulfilling careers. Today, nearly every employment sector in Randolph County includes an RTC graduate.
Committed to Tomorrow’s Workforce
Preparing tomorrow's workers is both a challenge and a privilege. At Randolph Technical Center, we are committed to helping students build the skills they need to become productive, engaged citizens.
