Power Equipment Systems

The Power Equipment Systems program at Randolph Technical Center is tailored for students interested in mastering the repair and maintenance of small engines, including complete rebuilds and overhauls. This program places a strong emphasis on the service and repair of various types of equipment, particularly focusing on recreational vehicles, lawn and garden machinery, and chainsaws. Through a combination of theoretical learning and hands-on experience, students develop a deep understanding of the mechanics and technical aspects of small engine systems. The curriculum is designed to provide the skills necessary for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of power equipment, preparing students for careers in this specialized field.

Power Equipment Systems Program of Study: 

Students who successfully complete the program earn an embedded math credit.
