Whether you're preparing for the GED, brushing up on math and reading, or working toward a certification, our flexible, student-centered approach is here to support your goals.
With open enrollment, self-paced instruction, and personalized support, you can start at any time and learn on a schedule that works for you. As part of the WV Adult Education initiative, our program is committed to helping adults become more confident, capable, and career-ready.
Program Offerings
GED Preparation
Comprehensive instruction to prepare students for the High School Equivalency Test (GED), covering all required subjects with individualized learning plans.
Reading and Math Literacy
Designed for adults who need to strengthen core academic skills in order to qualify for job training programs, employment, or postsecondary education.
TEAS Preparation
Specialized support for prospective nursing students preparing to take the TEAS (Test of Essential Academic Skills) for entry into Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) programs.
Beginning Computer Literacy
Introductory courses that teach the fundamentals of computer use, including keyboarding, software basics, and navigating the internet safely and effectively.
TABE Preparation and Assessment
Instruction and testing focused on improving scores in reading, math, and language to meet program admission or employment requirements.
