The Therapeutic Services Program at Randolph Technical Center provides a comprehensive and multifaceted curriculum designed to prepare students for a variety of careers in the healthcare sector. This program integrates a blend of classroom learning and practical experience. The hands-on clinical training and experiences can lead to various certifications in Health Care, such as CNA, EKG Tech, and Dental Aide.
Completing 0711, 0715, and 0789 fulfills 1 science credit.
Successful completion of the program results in an embedded English credit.

Therapeutic Services Program of Study:
0715: Advanced Principles of Health Science — Prerequisite: 0711 Foundations of Health Science, and open only to juniors.
0789: Clinical Specialty I — Course requires 100% drug testing before entering clinical experiences.
0790: Clinical Specialty II — Course requires 100% drug testing prior to entering clinical experiences.
Program note: Foundations of Health Science (0711) is a prerequisite for Advanced Principles of Health Science (0715). These two courses provide the introductory core for all Health Science programs of study. WVDE recommends each course must be passed with 80% or higher to move to the next course. Must select one specialty.
